Nikko Madregallejo
Director of Performance, Co Founder
Nikko Madregallejo is a former top-ranked American junior tennis player, now a highly respected high-performance coach and co-founder of Pacific Coast Tennis (PCT).
A Los Angeles native, Nikko was a blue-chip recruit according to TennisRecruiting.net and held the No. 1 national ranking in the Boys' 12s and 14s divisions. He remained among the nation’s elite in every age group ranked top 5 in Boys' 16s and top 15 in Boys' 18s. Selected by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to join its National Training Center in Boca Raton, Florida, Nikko trained there for three years and competed as part of the U.S. Junior Davis Cup team and at the World Junior Tennis Championships.
Among his notable junior achievements, Nikko was a finalist at the prestigious International Spring Championships and finished third at the 2011 USTA National Tennis Championships. He also competed in junior Grand Slams and began playing professional events at age 16, earning wins over players who now rank inside the ATP top 10. His junior and pro career took him across the country and around the world.
Following his playing career, Nikko accepted a Division I scholarship to the University of Alabama, where he played for the Crimson Tide and earned a degree in Kinesiology.
After college, Nikko relocated to the Pacific Northwest to pursue his passion for coaching. He worked with elite junior players before co-founding Pacific Coast Tennis, where he now serves as Director of Performance. In this role, he leads the coaching staff, oversees all junior development, and continues to shape the next generation of competitive players.
Chanel S. Madregallejo
Performance Lead, Co Founder, Director of Operations
Chanel Scudiero is a high-performance tennis coach, former Division I athlete, and co-founder of Pacific Coast Tennis (PCT). A Washington native, Chanel began her tennis journey at Washington State University’s in Pullman, where she developed a passion for the sport and set her sights on collegiate competition from an early age.
She went on to achieve her goal of playing Division I tennis, competing for both California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo) and Illinois State University. Chanel earned a degree in Business Marketing before launching a professional playing career that took her across Europe and other continents—where she not only competed in ITF professional tournaments but also gained valuable coaching experience abroad.
Upon returning to the U.S., Chanel joined the coaching staff at Eastern Washington University as the assistant women’s tennis coach, gaining firsthand experience in NCAA Division I program management and player development. She later became a prominent figure in the Seattle-area tennis community, coaching at several elite junior academies and working closely with nationally ranked juniors.
Today, Chanel serves as a lead high-performance coach and co-founder of Pacific Coast Tennis. She oversees both on-court training and off-court operations, playing a key role in shaping PCT’s development strategy, competitive culture, and individualized training model.
